The route board is where you can see the onboarding progress of all your new hires in one place. You can quickly access their new hire page and create or edit onboarding tasks.
To get started, just click Route Board in the left sidebar. If you’re an admin, you’ll see all new hires who are in the process of onboarding. If you’re a Manager, you’ll see the new hires who are assigned to you. Once an employee has completed their onboarding route, they won’t appear on the route board, but you can find them in the People list.
Each employee is shown on the left, with unfinished onboarding tasks on the right. From here, you can:
Click an employee’s name to open their new hire page
Click a task to make changes
Click the plus icon at the end of a route to add a task
By default, only incomplete tasks are shown. You can click the View Completed toggle at the top of the screen to see all tasks.
Notes:
Changes you make to an individual route will only apply to that route and will not affect route templates.
You can edit tasks, but not complete them, from the route board. To complete tasks, go to your Task list.
