In Onboard, every new hire you add has a profile where you can see their basic info and onboarding progress, change their Manager, and assign a new onboarding task.
The new hire page is organized into 4 sections:

How to access a new hire’s profile
You can open an employee’s new hire page anywhere you see their name, like:
Your Dashboard (home page)

The Route Board
Once you’ve found who you’re looking for, just click their name to open the Details view! You can access each area of the profile with the tabs near the top of the screen.
Details
A new hire’s details page includes the basics: their name, email, and onboarding manager.
Route Board
The employee’s route board shows each step in their onboarding process, whether it’s a standard route from your templates or one you’ve customized with individual tasks.
The route board view includes the employee’s tasks, as well as tasks for your team. You can open any task to view details or make changes, and you can add new tasks with the + Task button near the top of the screen.
Documents
The documents view shows all the documents an employee or team member has uploaded as part of their onboarding route. You can view and download completed documents or upload others as needed.
