Data Retention Policy

Paid plans

Customers on our paid plans can access all employee and route data for as long as their plan is active. We never delete employee or route data for customers on active paid plans, except at the customer’s request.

If a paid account is canceled, we’ll delete the customer’s data one year after cancellation. If the customer restarts their subscription within one year, they can regain access to all their data.

If the customer requests immediate deletion of their data when they cancel, it can’t be recovered with a new subscription.


Free trials

Customers on a free trial can access all their employee and route data for the duration of the trial.

Data will not be accessible after the trial expires and will be deleted after one year of inactivity. If a customer purchases a paid plan in that timeframe, they can regain access to all their data.
